We continue to improve ourselves and gain new experiences in Erasmus+ projects!

From October 15-21, 2024, our organization had the privilege of participating in the Erasmus+ project “Working Women’s Struggle with Stress” This impactful initiative, held in Turkey in collaboration with Hungary, Latvia, Portugal, and Romania, addressed the critical issue of stress caused by mobbing in the workplace. Through yoga, meditation, and other innovative techniques, the project aimed to empower women to build resilience and foster healthier work environments.

Participants engaged in workshops to explore the causes and consequences of mobbing on working women. These sessions provided a foundation for understanding how stress impacts emotional well-being and productivity. With participants from five countries, the project created a vibrant platform for intercultural dialogue. Cultural activities fostered connections and mutual understanding, enriching the experience for all involved.

The “Working Women’s Struggle with Stress” project demonstrated the transformative power of yoga and mindfulness in stress management. Moving forward, we are committed to sharing these tools and insights with our networks to foster healthier workplaces and stronger communities.

We extend our heartfelt thanks to the Erasmus+ program, our project partners, and all participants for their dedication and contributions. Together, we are paving the way for stress-free and equitable working environments.
